Overview
The ZFHQ is a 17 node 64-bit cluster of Dell PowerEdge 1950 Intel Xeon systems. 13 nodes have 2.33 or 2.4GHz quad core dual processors and 8 GB of RAM. 4 nodes have a speed of 2.8GHz, ten core dual processors and 256GB of RAM. The nodes are connected through Gbit Ethernet.
Namesake
The ZFHQ is named after Dr. Zhi-Feng Huang, a Physics professor. It is used by all users and has an express priority queue for his group.
